We store commission files for up to 1 year after the commission was finished. If there were any payments on the commission, we will store the files for up to 5 years after the commission was finished.
We delete files immediately when you select to delete them, such as removing your profile picture, or deleting files you uploaded to your commissions. Keep in mind that there is no restore function and deleted files will be lost permanently.
