New commission requests
New commission requests will immediately be sent to the maker. The maker will then have 2 weeks to accept or reject the request. After more than 14 days, an unanswered commission request will automatically be canceled.
Active commissions
While a commission is in active state, you will be able to send messages, share files and make payments. The maker may choose to indicate that the commission is waiting for their customer, if customer action is required to proceed.
If there is no activity on a commission for more than 14 days, it will be marked as "Idle". You can return it to active state by opening the commission and affirming that the commission request is still in progress.
If no one touches the idle commission for more than 14 days, it will automatically be marked as complete.
Completed commissions
When the maker is done working on the request, have uploaded all necessary files and received all their payments, they can mark a commission as complete to be approved by the customer.
When the customer approves the commission, it will move to the finished state, where no changes can be made to it.
If the customer rejects the completion, it will return to the active state. Use the chat to communicate the reason of the rejection.
If a commission marked as complete is not accepted within 14 days, it will automatically be marked as finished.
