You can refund payments from customers simply by pressing the "Refund item" button in your commission dashboard. This will immediately refund your customers payment to their original payment method, and return your received funds.
Please note, that at this time fee refunds must be processed manually, so please contact us by creating a ticket or emailing us at support@auftrag.app to get your fee refunded and corrected fee invoice.
